At Shalaz.com we want you to be delighted with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy
explains our process, timelines, and requirements for returns, refunds and cancellations.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if you report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. To be eligible
for a return, the product must be:

  • Received damaged, defective or materially different from the product description; or
  • Delivered the wrong item.

All return requests must include the required proof (see Required proof).

2. How to initiate a return

  1. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery via email at
    info@shalaz.yoccacraft.com or call +91 73062 00599.
  2. Provide your order number, a short description of the issue, and attach the unboxing video and photos
    (see Required proof).
  3. If we approve the return, we’ll provide instructions and a return authorization. Do not ship items back
    without authorization.
  4. Pack the product securely in original packaging (if available) and ship it as per the instructions provided.

Failure to follow these steps may result in denial of the return request.

3. Required proof for returns

To process any return claim you must submit the following within the 24-hour window:

  • Unboxing video: A single continuous video showing the package condition on delivery,
    opening the parcel, and the product(s) inside. The delivered package and courier label must be visible in the video.
  • Photos: Clear photos of the product from multiple angles showing the damage, defect, or issue.

Claims submitted without both an unboxing video and supporting photos will be treated as incomplete and may be
rejected.

4. Refund processing time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and approve the refund, we will initiate the refund to your
original payment method (processed via Razorpay).

Refunds are processed within 7 calendar days from the date the return is approved. Please note
that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

5. Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for returns unless faulty:

  • Items returned beyond the 24-hour reporting window;
  • Used, worn, or damaged by the customer after delivery;
  • Items missing original packaging, tags or accessories (unless the issue is packaging-related);
  • Products where the required unboxing video or photos were not provided within 24 hours.

6. Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. If the order has already been shipped, please follow the return
instructions above. Cancellation requests should be sent to info@shalaz.yoccacraft.com.

7. Returns shipping

Return shipping instructions (courier, pick-up or drop-off) will be provided when your return is authorized. If
the return is approved due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we will arrange or reimburse return shipping as
per our instructions. For customer-change-of-mind returns (if accepted), return shipping may be at the customer’s cost.

8. Inspection & rejection

Returned items undergo inspection upon receipt. We reserve the right to reject returns if:

  • The product shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer;
  • Required proof (unboxing video/photos) is missing or insufficient;
  • The return does not meet the conditions specified in this policy.

If a return is rejected, we will notify you and, at our discretion, return the item to you (shipping at your cost).

9. Refund amounts

Refunds will be for the product price paid. Shipping, handling and any third-party fees may be deducted where
applicable (unless the return was due to our error). Any taxes refunded will be processed in accordance with
applicable tax rules.
