1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship orders to all serviceable pin codes across India through our trusted courier partners.

International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within:

  • 1–2 business days for in-stock items;
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During high-volume periods (festive sales, offers), processing may take slightly longer.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time varies based on your location:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 working days
  • South India: 2–5 working days
  • Rest of India: 3–7 working days
  • Remote/Less accessible areas: 5–10 working days

Please note: Delivery estimates depend on courier performance and may vary due to external factors.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking link via SMS or email;
  • Your tracking number for monitoring shipment progress.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

6. Delays & Exceptions

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

We are not responsible for deliveries made to wrong addresses entered by the customer.

Claims without proof may be denied as per our Refund & Return Policy.
